Chief Manager - Strategy | Large NBFC | Tier-1 MBA

Job Summary:

- This position is responsible to execute project plans, strategic initiatives, and associated project content in accordance with the key strategic plans of the organisation to help develop competitive advantage, sustainability, and profitable growth.

- Closely work with CSO and leadership teams to discuss, track, and expedite projects.

About the Client: Our client is one of the leading NBFCs in the country, and a part of a large multinational conglomerate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Closely work with CSO and leadership teams to discuss, track and expedite projects.

- Prioritize & drive projects that are critical to business.

- Analyzing global industry landscape, observe trends, identifying potential opportunities, and formulating the growth strategy for lending and allied businesses.

- Translating the strategy plans to actionable initiatives and quantifiable plans over 2-3 years horizon.

- Assess the NBFC market and develop business strategy and design program across all work streams including business, organization & people, technology and regulatory.

- Track project milestones and deliverables, develop best practices and proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

The successful applicant:

Qualifications: Postgraduate / MBA from Tier 1 B-school.

Experience - 5+ years of experience in strategy & project mgmt. preferably from Banking / NBFC ecosystem.

Functional Competencies:

- Experience in project planning, strategy management, compliance activities related to the project.

- Fostering and maintaining best practice solutions and tools to improve / optimize workflow.

- Experience in delivering financial and non-financial targets identified as project objectives.

Behavioral Competencies:

- Strategic and analytical thinking.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Problem solving and decision-making skills.

- People Management & Networking skills.
