- The candidate should have approx 10-12 years of experience with minimum 5-6 yrs in Customer retention & revival and operations at a managerial level in a Life Insurance Company.   - Preferable industry Life Insurance/General Insurance.   Accountability / Supporting Actions:  - Providing advisory service to customer based on need analysis ,market outlook and self managed portfolio advisory	  - Conduct financial need analysis to ascertain customer requirements and necessity and assist in selecting the right investment strategy based on profile and risk appetite.  - Provide appropriate advice to the customer on selection of fund option based on various factors like product features, customer profile and risk appetite, customer life stage, necessity, market conditions and outlook.  - Ensuring resolution to customer queries regarding their investments, fund performance and other market related queries  - Meeting customers on a regular basis to gain continuous feedback.  Adopting proactive strategies using predictive modelling to identify potential surrenders and attempt to reduce the impact	  - With the help of BIU, analyse the customer base  - Work along with actuarial , sales distribution, investments to identify strategies for proactive retention  - Identify opportunities for customer engagement and CSAT enhancement  - Meet customers on a regular basis to obtain VOC  Retain surrendering customers through effective VOC	  - Identify root causes for surrender and provide insights to various stakeholders ie products, sales and investments   - Carry out competitive benchmarking to bring out strategies for reducing surrenders  - Providing the system with the right enablers to initiate surrender retention across the touchpoints viz branches, contact centre etc  - Liase at industry level to gain insights  Create Business Cases and Management Summaries explaining business impact:  - Create Business Cases on reasons for surrender on Issues identified along with summary of recommendations to be made in order to increase retention.  - Analyze product wise surrender trends & behaviour to augment future product design.  Ensure Revival of lapsed policies through effective revival strategies and campaigns 	 - Drive focused revival campaigns to enhance renewal premiums.   - Obtain customer VOC and provide feedback to various stakeholders  - Engage with internal functions to reduce leakage and process gaps  - Identify and introduce various enablers for enhancing revivals like of shifting of risk, part payments etc  - Identify preventive strategies for reducing lapse incidence by partnering with sales  - Special focus on First premium lapsation  Define project requirements and manage projects for improvements in processes, systems, client and sales force satisfaction, and human resources:	  - Identify project requirements based on analysis of past performance, feedback from clients, sales force, benchmarking and any other source  - Prepare business case for these projects  - Enable implementation by monitoring the project - through its stages of planning, execution and implementation
