Chief Manager - Security & Administration - Manufacturing

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Preparation of security deployment plan.

- Dealings with outsourcing agency for selection of right guards.

- Selection and development of own Supervisory staff. Monitoring statutory compliance to above bodies, on a monthly basis & the report is submitted to the respective bodies.

- Manage activities of land allotment, building & construction, licensing, power arrangement etc.

- Project management: Managing all clearances / activities from approval to commissioning of new project like broad banding / Licenses / enhancement of power / drawing approval of new building and construction, licensing etc.

Age :

35 - 45 Years Desirable age bracket is mentioned. However, age is not a constraint for a suitable candidate.

Experience :

12 - 15 Years Relevant experience of working in Manufacturing industry handling liasioning, security and admin, preferably from Defence background.

Qualification : Graduate,Post Graduate. Graduate / Post-Graduate. Diploma in Managment will be added qualification.
