Role/ Position : Chief Manager - SAP FICO

Department : Information Technology

Grade/ Level : M3 / M4

Reporting to : General Manager - IT Applications.

Location : Tardeo, Mumbai

Experience : 15+Years (10 years in SAP FICO)

Salary: Current CTC-30-35% hike on Fixed CTC (Including variable)

Qualification: CA/CMA/ICWA Qualified (Cleared till 4th Attempt)

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

Projects & Enhancements

1) Finalize solution design in SAP for all new FICO initiatives, enhancements & Change requests.

2) Ensure execution of SAP configuration & related developments as per solution design in adherence to project timelines. Ensure user acceptance test, regression testing & end user training.

3) Support change management during implementation of projects & enhancements were required.

4) Identify improvement opportunities for process improvements in finance areas, work with SBU SPOCs and prepare business case recommending roadmap & Implementation of improvements 5) Ensure SLA management for various incidents logged in

6) Analyze and identify critical/recurring problems by taking corrective steps 7) Audit compliances

8) Ensure system is aligned with internal, statutory and control related compliance requirement

Required Skills and Capabilities:

SAP Finance - General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (AR/AP). Banking, Fixed Assets (AA), Cost center, Product costing, GST, Banking reconciliation.
