Chief Manager - Sales - Insurance
- Driving Insurance Business for new / fresh and renewal for all Insurance products.
- Drive Insurance business (general, health and life insurance) for the company by articulating and executing strategies for marketing, sales, relationship development with insurance companies etc
- Responsible management with customers / dealers / vendors / manufacturers.
- Oversee process adherence, TAT improvement & adherence to all stipulated policies & guidelines and ensure operational excellence in both pre and post sales services
- Overseeing renewal portfolio for company assets along with open market business in time and processing insurance claims
- Manage self and team through the establishment of goal setting and review mechanisms to achieve the objectives of the function
- Ensure effective career and succession planning for all positions in the zone in collaboration with the Business Head
- Ensure adequate training of team members to be able to handle market dynamics and meet the requirements of the customers
- Provide guidance, counselling and feedback to subordinates on their performance to ensure a motivated and committed team
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work
