End to end Generalist HR/ Business HR

Reporting to : Zonal Head HR

Location : Kolkata

Role Summary :

- The position will be responsible for Regional Business HR

- Team manager role will provide HR solutions to internal teams and stakeholders.

- The position will consults on HR Projects and solutions within applicable HR Policies, Processes & Programs to resolve issues on a variety of people and HR program related topics.

- The position will also take lead responsibility for the complex investigations, represents the HR Operations perspective on regional project teams & process improvement initiatives,

- HR Projects and serve as a mentor to Team Members.

An ideal candidate should have :

- Work experience in Large Company, preferably in BHR role or Banking/Financial background

- Handled Senior BHR role handling 2-3 zones including WB, BJ and NE, Team of 6-8 employees, Reporting to Zonal Head - HR
