Position: - Chief Manager Recruitment

Location : Mumbai

Roles and responsibilities :

- Responsible for the end to end recruitment

- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning & requirements

- Work Collaboratively with internal customer to identify needs and initiate proactive staffing, strategize & resolve differences concerned in the process & evolve strategies to ensure smooth fulfillment of needs within defined time

- Allocate tasks to team members and work towards getting the desired output

- Achieve targets quickly

- Handle all the bulk requirements at the base level

- Participate and coordinate for campus recruitment.

- Effectively negotiate compensation to arrive at proper fitment within the standard grid of the organisation

- Supervise all aspects of the recruitment process

- Responsible for daily, weekly & monthly MIS reporting, employee database management & conduct analysis to understand gaps and take appropriate action

- Taking care of vendor invoices and payment cycle

- Conduct reference checks for prospective candidates if required

- Basic KRA'S includes manpower planning, setting up the entire resource pool and network for the current and future requirements as well as maintaining the recruitment cost in accordance to the budgets assigned.
