Chief Manager - Product & Policy - NBFC

We have an urgent position for the profile of Chief Manager - Product and Policy in NBFC sector.

Job Location: Jaipur

Following are the Key Responsibility Areas :

1. Drafting of Policies & Operating Guidelines for various loan products.

2. Analysing the market trends / practices and benchmarking of policies with the market.

3. Formulation of new policies/products, processes, scorecards and monitoring mechanisms

4. Interfacing with Business and Collections team to assess requirements and building solutions and suitable strategy for the deployment of such solutions.

5. Analysis of portfolio and ensuring portfolio monitoring, trigger reviews and delinquency control.

Must have experience in Vehicle Financing.
