Job Description:

Purpose of the role:

To oversee the Premises Department and Administration Department functions, ideas for modernization of Technical Infrastructure Services for uninterrupted operations, enhancements, ensure adherence to all compliance requirements, Liaison with Statutory Authorities.

To improve and monitor the work environment of employees.

To design and launch process improvement initiatives, cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Business and technical analysis:

- Assist the HOD to interact with all the HODs and plan the best techno commercial alternatives to suit the organisation needs i.e. setting up the Main Hub Data Centre, BCP Data Centre, Co- Location Data Centre, State of Art Media Centre, taking/giving premises on lease, etc.

- Assist the HOD to finalize and present budgets to the board for approvals.

- Supervised all activities related to implementation ensuring effective delegation and monitor to maintain checks towards ensuring adherence with all statutory norms, budgets and technical requirements

Benchmark service standardization :

- Ensure preventive maintenance and maintain 100% uptime of all Services by having all governing mechanisms / designed and put in place SOPs.

- Handle all emergency scenarios and work out immediate possible and practical options and ensure the safety and successful functioning of the exchange.

Maintenance of Commercial interests :

- Ensure maximum occupancy towards increasing revenues through License Fee.

- Manage relationships with the Licensee companies to ensure satisfaction.

- Negotiate benchmarks, set license fees and terms and conditions of agreements. After completing the due approval process, liaison with the Legal Departments and finalize the nitty gritty of all the legal documents and take decisions on signing agreements with Licensees to occupy NSEIL's Wing-B at Exchange Plaza. The same applies to when NSEIL has to sign agreements with the owners where ever NSEIL has taken premises on lease/rentals.

- Leading the negotiations with all vendors for all contracts to get the best techno commercial deals for NSEIL.

Security and Safety :

- Ensure proper training for all security personnel.

- Coordinate with senior police officers to ensure adequate security at the installation.

- Create exigency plans and backups in case of emergencies.

- Run mock tests and ensure the functionality of all systems.

Office Administration:

- Interact with the HODs and provide leadership to initiatives launched for constant improvement of Exchange's Administration processes to ensure it is the Best Place To Work.

- Create and ensure there is a Budget in place and take necessary approvals.

- Ensure all processes are in place and maintain the efficiency of the Administration i.e. House Keeping, Travel, Canteen Facilities, Courier and Dispatch facilities, facilities for outsourced bulk storage of files, mediclaim, etc

- Coordinate and facilitate Insurance policies/ mechanisms in place for the assets of NSEIL including TECH assets.

- Coordinate events organised by the Company either within the premises or at external venues - after due negotiations and approvals.

- Monitor the admin processes to have a strong control on administration expenditure.

Employee welfare :

- Provide guidance to the Staff Welfare Committee to ensure employee satisfaction by conducting a host of programmes from talent hunt to entertainment, to corporate events, cultural events, picnics, sports, and providing proper transport services.

Relationship management :

- Liaison with all the necessary Statutory Authorities so as to ensure all statutory compliance for smooth operations of the Exchange.

Note : Additional responsibilities may be added from time to time depending on organisational requirements.

Key Skills : Educational Qualification : MBA (Full Time MBA will be preferred, 2/3 year part time MBA will also be considered.)

Role Requirements :

-Understanding of All Administration Services.

- Having a good knowledge on Security and Safety

Experience :Experience:

- Essential - Minimum 12-17 yrs of experience in Premises & Admin related activities (Don't Give over experienced candidates)

- Good ADMINISTRATION experience.

- Desired - Should be related to works in very important high security installations where - critical online functions- are being done & Administration experience.

Age Limit : 35 - 43 years (Not Flexible)
