The parameters:

The Candidate should be MBA / CA. MBA from a decently reputed MBA Institute with Finance/ Operations background, who has started of his career from managerial position and in his current role should be handling a good team size.

Should have work experience of 4-5 years

Age bracket 28-34 years

Should be working in H.O. set up and should have project handling experience.

Should preferably be from Insurance background and have Insurance domain knowledge

He should have good communication skills & should be a team player

Should be able to handle work pressure

Should have good leadership qualities & should be able to handle team size of at least 30-40 members

Should be a dynamic person with a successful career graph & good rating in previous employment

Should be good in managing end to end process

Should be able to get his Team to deliver high standard of quality & high productivity.

Coordination with various departments for priority closure of tasks assigned.

Improvisation of existing processes & ensuring complete implementation of the same.

Should be able to handle & manage projects well.

Job Description:

Overview multiple functions out of the below mentioned key functions of Policy Servicing.

Alterations - Major and Minor alteration requests

Collections - Managing different collection modes viz. ECS/ SI/ Direct Debit/ Drop Box, Online Modes, Others.

Payouts - Surrenders, Survival Benefit Payouts, Maturity Payouts, Annuity Payouts, CFI, AFI, SPRI, Stale Cheque re-processing

UL requests - Switch, Top Up, Premium Redirection

Revivals - Minor & Major, Foreclosure, Discontinuance

Suspense Clearance

PS Projects

Service Quality Assurance

PS Help desk

ETE processing of all servicing requests within internal TATs defined.

Compliance adherence and risk mitigation

Avoid any operations loss

Automation of processes to drive efficiency and productivity

Ensure completion of all projects as per the Project timelines and ensure the quality of the projects undertaken.

Drive Process improvements on a continual basis.

Budget preparation and ensure department cost is within budgets approved

Ensure ISO compliance

Team assessment, performance review, feedback sharing, ensuring team motivation and optimization, taking care of Team's training requirements

Escalation Handling

Coordination with multiple functions to ensure service delivery

SOP review and periodic updating for changes

Driving SCO - critical objectives for the department

Ensure timely completion of major tasks/ assignments allotted
