Chief Manager - Policy Issuance / New Business

- Team Lead Policy Issuance Digital Transformation, Vendor Management, Dispatch Management.

- Candidate from LI having experience in Policy Issuance processes, digital policy issuance modes, driving digital initiatives related to policy Issuance.

- Driving Digital adaption in Policy Issuance Dispatch Processes

- Project Management

- Policy Issuance Processes, Training and building process efficiency

- Product development at Vendor

- Audit & Compliance reporting

- Vendor Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Adaptation of technology but lower FTR. High cycle time for any development, multiple systems require in-dept knowledge of process and system architecture to access impact of any change.

- High volatility in the projections of new policies. This leads to high amount of coordination and concentrated stretch during month end period

- Enabling arrangements with Partner to ensure requisite levels of service with competitive commercial terms.

- To approve differential services, benchmarking the industry and surpassing competitors by collaborating with cross functional teams, whilst operating within budgetary limits and changing environment.

- Motivating and monitoring activities of team members to raise the bar for performance to meet tight delivery deadlines, within systems and infrastructure constraints.

- Various challenges due to movement of cases through multiple systems and corresponding daily reconciliation to ensure that there is no delay in coding of policies.

- Even after coding of policies, monitoring correctness of money management, Dual Coding, force coding and Cheque dishonour process pre and post issuance of policies.

- Premium reconciliation of receipted policies to ensure that premium is correctly applied.

- Ensuring availability of resources (at partners end) to ensure smooth workflow, coping with changes in business volumes. Ensuring optimum capacity building, monitoring resource management and allocation to deliver under uncertain and unpredictable business circumstances.

- Ensuring the Partner deliverables are as per agreement & influencing them to take on the volume of work or upgrade their systems and processes at a short notice to meet the ever changing business requirements.

- Enhancing eApp with latest technologies to smoothen onboarding journey with shorter duration.

- Validating details entered digitally and ensuring details are verified using external certified data to mitigate risk.

- Multiple projects with varying priority for various stakeholders and non budgeted projects.

- Even after coding of policies, monitoring correctness of money management, Dual Coding, force coding and Cheque dishonour process pre and post issuance of policies.

- Premium reconciliation of receipted policies to ensure that premium is correctly applied.

Project Management:

- Having a clear understanding of sales and Operation processes the roles will have to drive projects with innovation and product solutions.

- Demonstration Project implementation skills to drive these projects with passion and commitments towards end objectives of adaption of digital processes.

- Partnering with sales and negotiating with delivery partners

- Executing multiple projects simultaneously with time bound targets.

- Setting up governance mechanism and setting up reviews with cross functional stakeholders and partners for timely delivery of projects and Targets

Business Analyst for Digital Drive:

- The responsibility includes Creating requirements documentation, conduct industry research, building financial models for Budgeting perspective and coordination with different stake holders while designing and implementing innovation idea to drive adaption

- Testing of systems and processes with IT and sales teams.

- Have a deep understanding of the Project objectives and priority, and helping the teams translate the project concepts into user requirements

- Partner with key stakeholders (Vendors, service delivery partners, Sales, finance , IT, Marketing Operations, etc.) to build and manage scope expectations, with clearly laid out road map and targets
