- Heading aspects of Online Sales in particular online business, Online Reputation Management, and Customer Acquisition & Retention campaigns. Lead Business Alliances with eCommerce and Online market places Lead development of annual plan.

- Execution of Digital Projects identified by the organization. Build alignment with internal stakeholders. Monitor the fast changing digital environment and adopt best practices for business growth. Work within social media structure and enablement process to identify gaps.

- Analytical Skills. Good rigour and drive for running the day to day business Good in written and spoken communications. Creative thinking. Good Interpersonal Skills.

- Substantial knowledge of Digital Space. Team Management. Out of Box Thinking. IT Savy.

- Graduate/MBA with relevant work experience.

- Past Exp in eCommerce, Payments, Banking and Financial Services, Travel, Emerging Companies in Social Media would be an added advantage.
