Job Criteria:
1. Plan and develop category and consumer concern expertise with clearly defined short-term and long term brand(s) goals
2. Design processes and measures to enable building detailed consumer understanding and strong consumer insights
3. Lead, co-ordinate and secure buy-ins from all relevant stakeholders including agencies and deliver brand(s) objectives
4. Build self and team capabilities on structuring, strengthening and delivering an 'outside-in' thinking•
5. Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
6. Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
7. Determine and manage the marketing budget.
8. Liaison with media and trade activation team to design the appropriate media plan and trade scheme
9. To design the strategy for the brands in conjunction with the Brand Manager
10. Evaluate the key contributors (big ticket activities) that would strengthen the brand recall and enable trials
11. Evaluating and recommending the brand positioning if required
12. Designing (along with brand manager) the brand communication for existing brands
13. Implementing pilot projects which would lead demand generation
14. Prepare SOP and SLAs for projects which have multiple stakeholders
15. Liaise with sales team and align them to the brand objectives for the month/quarter
16. Work with innovations team for smooth integration of new launches and faster acceptance in the market
Ctc: 25L - 30L
Location: Mumbai
Qualification: MBA - Full Time
Experience: 6+ years of experience post qualification.
