Location: Bangalore - Head Office
No. of Direct Reports: 1-2
Job Purpose :
- Handling all Legal Matters.
- Compliance management
- Contract & agreement Management
- Handling board & shareholder related matters.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managerial Responsibilities
- Applicable for Team Handling roles.
- Team mentoring
- Ensure effective risk management techniques for sound financial management
- Enact as a link between the Board of the Directors and CEO of the Company
- Transparent and smooth information flow for decision-making
- Visualizing major probable risk for the business and put a healthy mitigation plan to CEO and Board of the Company
- Engage with experts: consultants, lawyers, auditors, academia, etc.
Functional Responsibilities :
- Handling all Corporate & Legal Matters.
- Compliance management of Companies Act 2013, FEMA, SEBI & RBI Regulations
- Contract & agreement Management
- Drafting & Vetting of agreements
- Maintenance of Statutory Registers & Records
- Handling board & shareholder related matters.
Job Requirements :
Qualifications Law Graduate, CS would be an added advantage.
- Experience 3+ years

- Board Holding Board Meetings, Apprising board on internal & external developments, assisting the board to implement & Monitor Corporate Governance
