Job Purpose Statement :
This role will be involved with the developing the framework for different modes of leadership Development and Organizational development.
Design and Develop the Leadership Learning Roadmap for the LOB (Line of Business)
- Identify LOB specific for Leadership training needs.
- Create the Annual Learning plan
Training Delivery
- Plan and manage training delivery days for self .
- Conduct training program across medium i.e., in-person and VILT.
Impact Measurement
- Drive impact on Productivity for identified interventions.
- Implement techniques to ensure post program knowledge transfer and retention.
Organisational Development
- As an Organizational Development Specialist, we seek a dedicated individual with an inclusive attitude to join our team.
- The person in this position is responsible for designing initiatives and tools to drive performance management, development planning, succession planning, engagement, and culture change across the enterprise.
