- Develop risk- based annual audit plans detailing the scope, nature and timing of audit activities for Retail Banking

- Design internal audit procedures and work programs

- Conduct internal audits to assess the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the established internal controls and procedures for Retail Business

- Conducted internal audit of retail asset products such as Home loan, Loan against Property, Two wheeler, Commercial vehicle, Personal Loan, Joint Liability Group etc. and covered end to end life cycle i.e. sourcing, credit assessment, underwriting, disbursement, post disbursement monitoring.

- Discuss audit findings and recommendations with line managers and report significant issues to senior management

- Prepare audit reports in line with the approved audit plan
