Chief Manager - HR Operations

We are handling an exciting and challenging assignment for the role of Chief Manager HR Operations with leading diversified company based at Punjab.

- It is a leadership position responsible for overseeing and strategizing all aspects of HR operations within our corporate organization. This role entails developing and executing HR strategies, ensuring compliance, improving employee engagement, and fostering an inclusive and productive workplace environment. The AVP of HR Operations collaborates closely with senior management and department heads to align HR initiatives with corporate objectives.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Oversee HRIS systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data.

- Drive process improvements and automation through HR technology.

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Masters degree or relevant certifications is a plus.

- 15+ yrs of Extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles, preferably in a corporate setting, with a proven track record of strategic HR management.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and results-driven mindset.

- Proficiency with HR software and analytics tools.

- Effective leadership, mentorship, and team management skills.

- Candidate coming from Manufacturing background would be preferred.
