About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Manager - HRBP specializing in Technical Hiring to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in attracting, selecting, and retaining top technical talent for our organization. As a Chief Manager - HRBP, you will collaborate closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company's objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of technical skill sets, market trends, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition and management.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop hiring plans to meet technical talent needs across various departments.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific technical requirements and provide strategic guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent, including direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and partnerships with educational institutions and industry organizations.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, negotiate contracts, and ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates within agreed-upon timelines.
- Utilize data-driven insights to track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and optimize recruitment strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, including orientation programs and integration into their respective teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in technical recruitment to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to ensure a diverse candidate pool and foster an inclusive work environment.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior members of the HR team, fostering their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is a plus.
- Years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the financial services industry or related sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring technical talent, including software engineers, data scientists, IT professionals, etc.
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets, industry-specific requirements, and emerging trends in technology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools/software.
- Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information and candidate interactions.
