They are looking at embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory, and are currently looking at recruiting Lead HRBP-North, based out of their head office in Delhi.

Description

Reporting into Distribution Head HR, you will managing a team of 3-4 people, and will be directly responsible for:

- Making and implementing strategies specifically with respect to key people management issues

- Ensuring highest levels of engagement in the zone

- Striving towards continuous improvement in all HR policies and process with a benchmark to industry best practices

- Designing, formulating and enforcing new HR policies and improving the existing policies to match the industry Best Practices

- Driving HRBP metrics strongly within the region and acting as a key strategic partner

Profile

- Candidates with 6 -11 years of strong experience in Human Resource Business Partnering

- Candidate must have worked in distribution/zonal business model

- Candidates coming from insurance/retail/telecom/pharma/FMCG industry will have an added advantage
