Chief Manager HR Analytics

We are looking for a Chief Manager - HR Analytics with of one our leading client into Financial Services.

JD :

1. Support the internal stakeholders of HR team by providing detailed and accurate reporting and analysis from the available data sources.

2. Standardize definition of HR data and metrics along with ensuring qualitative input of the data source and highlighting inconsistencies for relevant operational owners

3. Work closely with Business & IT team to deliver and build on HR tools helping Business to further enhance People Intel

4. Design, conceptualize and execute with other HR verticals the entire Employee and HR Lifecycle from Analytics/Quantifiable perspective.

5. Create dashboards on business linked to People Intel for the HR Leadership Team

6. Analyze business requirements and identify the tools to meet the data management, analytical dashboards and ensure data integrity in reporting requirements are met.

7. Support data requirements from management by providing adhoc data reports, historical data analysis and market benchmark.

8. An experienced professional with knowledge of building dashboards using Advanced Excel (must), Power BI, Tableau or Qlick Sense

9. Understanding of language for data retrieving or analysis

10. Functional knowledge on HR metrics would be preferred.
