Excellent English speaking skills - both spoken and written. B. Superb interpersonal, stakeholder management and team management skills. C. Expert knowledge in Company Law, Listing Agreement and applicable SEBI Regulations. D. Good knowledge in related FEMA regulations; E. Knowledge in FEMA NBFC Regulations, SEBI AIF Regulations and Compliance Reporting System would be an advantage; Qualifications : - Company Secretarial (ICSI) - Law degree will be an advantage.
