BRIEF PROFILE AND WORK EXPECTATIONS FROM THE CANDIDATE: 1. Financial Reporting - Monthly/Quarterly preparation of financial statements, monthly review with CFO and quarterly update to Audit Committee/Board 2. Group Reporting - Co-ordinate with promoters and provide the requisite details as and when required 3. Audit Committee/Board Deliverables - Ensure timely submission of Audit committee/Board deliverables, review of policies approved by Audit Committee/Board and closure of ATR's 4. Quarterly/Annual Audits - Managing Statutory audits, Internal audits including ICFR Compliances - Ensuring compliances with Accounting Standards, Companies Act, IRDAI and SEBI regulations 5. SEBI reporting - Submission of quarterly audited results with Stock exchange and ensure timely compliances with SEBI regulations. Co-ordinate with Debenture trustee and provide the requisite details as and when required 6. Project Management - Planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget 7. System Enhancements - Testing of system requirements, evaluate new requirements and providing CRs to IT, liase with IT for resolution of defects and delivery DESIRED COMPETENCES/QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Chartered Accountant or MBA (Top Institute) 2. Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience post qualification 3. Experience of Financial Reporting in any listed company is preferred. 4. Good knowledge of I GAAP, IND AS, Accounting practices and standards, SEBI and IRDAI regulations Project management experience Team handling - managing teams
