Chief Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis/Business Finance - BFSI - CA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Role : Chief Manager FP&A

Location : Bangalore

Qualification :

- Must have MBA from Tier 1 and 2/ CA/FP&A /Business finance /startup exp, hunger to grow

- Good to have a Lending /Fintech Exp, fund raise/DD exp.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead company-wide financial and business planning function and Manage the relevant teams. Work on regular Budgeting, forecasting and actionable variance analysis.

- Execution of the company business plan and key KPIs by working closely with the different department heads.

- Work closely with VP Finance on future equity raise, due diligence activities

Attributes we are looking for :

- Middle management experience in Financial/business planning roles at leading fintechs/NBFCS and Banks.

- 2+ years of operating experience in startups would be a big plus

- CA/Top tier MBA and Min 6 years of post

- MBA experience is preferable
