We have urgent job opening for Chief Manager Fp & A with a Fintech company.

Location : Bangalore

Role Description:

- Responsible for collection efficiency in 0 DPD - Improve collection through Tele calling.

- Optimize processes of central collections without hampering the collection outputs.

- Effective identification and segmentation of portfolio to maximize recoveries or reduce costs with less effort.

- Daily, weekly review to keep track of team performance against the target.

- Review case allocation and collection targets by bucket to Inhouse team / Agencies (if any).

- Manage productivity by drawing productivity parameters for tele collection executives.

- Mentoring the team and solve their day-to-day problems faced in collection

- Identify and manage training needs for the executives.

- Oversee adoption of Collection Management System within the team to ensure productivity.

- Coordinating and liaising with legal vendors or legal team to ensure that all legal notices or action to be taken on the required cases.

- Coordinate with Risk team to share feedback and trends (Early warning Signals) seen in collection which helps to improve underwriting models.

- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations and collections process. Collaborate with the product, Ops, Underwriting, Analytics, and marketing team to identify alternate ways to improve collections.

- Analytically strong & must be able to increase ROI using insights through IVR's / Digital channels.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

- Level of experience: 8 to 10 years

- Experience in handling large Telle- calling setups.

- Comfortable in setting infrastructure & must have strong experience in soft collections & collections strategies.

- High proficiency in MS office.
