- Laisoning with banks, Preparation of CMA and projections

- Consolidating and compiling information for Banks, Coordinating with Accounts for DP statements and stock audit,FundRaising, Relationship management at junior and mid level officers, Identifying issues before hand and reporting to P(F) for early resolution

- Supporting with accounts Dept on bank statements, LC issues, RTGS etc., Credit rating, Peer study, Balance sheet analysis, Organising consortium meetings

- Corresponding with investors, Investor relationship management, Regular follow up on information supply and issue resolution, Market intelligence

- Relationship management with consultants, Identifying beforehand issues in supply of information

- Preparing valuation models and presentations

- Compiling peer valuations and industry trends in investments, Acting as a first level of negotiation with investors
