About Client :   India's largest holistic infrastructure company delivering innovative solutions in the infrastructure space.  Job Profile :   - Prepare and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, account receivable, credit control, and petty cash  - Prepare all payroll functions to ensure that employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner  - Monitored and review complete payroll accounts for verification of accuracy and in case of any discrepancies made appropriate corrections and updates  - Prepare all payroll related activities including direct calculation of provident fund, gratuity,pension and leave encashment activities and coordinate with all the relevant authorities and internal teams for the same  - Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable  - Monitoring and Control HO Expense including Admin, Legal, Repo, Expenses and Employee related payments with Cost Optimisation and control.  - Ensure all statutory requirements of the organization are adhered  Basic Requirements :   Qualified CA/ICWA  Must have the experience of preparing and maintaining cash management systems and doing accounts payables related accounting  Experience of handling end to end Payroll for employee strength of 2500 +-   Looking for CA/ICWA candidates who are managing end-to-end payroll in companies having 2000 or more employees.
