Chief Manager - Distribution - Business Loan

Responsibilities :

- Develop business distribution for Business loans, MSME & SME loans specifically focused towards traders, services and manufacturing

- Explore and identify new sourcing avenues and channels to increase business volumes

- To plan & help execute local BTL events at branches for new lead generation

- Tie ups with local trade & market associations to generate leads

- Business Generation through outreach activities.

- Tie ups with affordable housing builders for business generation

- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the businesses and trades.

- Conceptualise and develop business development activities to help branches in achieving the monthly targets

- Continuously monitor, assess, anticipate and meet requirements of the field sales with respect to policy and process simplification to reinforce the product in the market

- Branch wise Competition benchmarking

- Collaborate between Marketing and Sales teams to ensure that branding & marketing requirements are met

Desired Skill Set :

- Upto 10 yrs + experience in Business Loan

- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills.

- NBFC experience.

- Excellent Analytical & Problem-Solving skills.
