Job Description:

Effectively laying down credit risk policies for different asset classes and different SBUs

Building scoring models for different segment of clients across various products

Second level of screening of credit proposals for Wholesale Credit and SME business

Independent evaluation of portfolio and collateral risk

Constant updation of industry developments

Analysis of Macro, industry and micro trends and its likely impact on the portfolio

Developing a model for early warning signal

Competition Analysis

Sharing best practice

Preferred industry : Banks, NBFC

Preferred Role: Credit appraisal, credit rating agencies

Preferred Education : CA/ CFA/ MBA

Functional Skills:

- Knowledge of underwriting large loan proposals. Ability to cross link underwriting experience to multiple industries.

- In depth knowledge of cash flow, balance sheet analysis, ratios, etc.

- Ability to dissect structures of credit proposals, identify gaps and suggest mitigations.

- Should have worked in similar roles earlier

- Knowledge of Risk assessment, risk mitigation, risk event management techniques.
