- To ensure the facilities are put to 100% utility and the rental agreements are adhered to. And to Support sales of properties which are assigned to the department.

- To Support Development Projects undertaken by the promoters.

- Manage and ensure occupancy of the flats

- Manage Handover of the flats once it has been vacated

- Manage advertisement / Agencies
