Chief Manager Commercial - Chemical Sales, Stores &amp; Purchase 12 + years @ Bhiwadi Rajasthan Team/Department : Commercial (Chemical Sales, Stores &amp; Purchase) Business &amp; Location : Bhiwadi Reporting to Head of Works, Bhiwadi Purpose : - To ensure Zero Plant stoppage by the timely and profitable disposal of By-products coming out from various production facilities at Bhiwadi site ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Ensure procurement, Storage and Issue of Plant Equipments &amp; Spares, Process Consumables, fuel (Mustard Husk), General Consumables materials at the most competitive price and on time to ensure smooth and efficient Plant operations at Chemicals Business. - To plan receipts and maintain an inventory of raw materials, fuel, spares, and consumables to ensure smooth plant operations Principal Accountabilities &amp; Responsibilities : For Chemical Sales : - Profitable Disposal of By-products - Customers Satisfaction - Zero Plant Stoppage - Statutory Compliance For Stores &amp; Purchase : - No plant stoppage due to nonavailability of equipment and Spares. - Procurement at the most competitive prices through the development of long-term alliances with the suppliers - Vendor evaluation - Ensure no material is received in the plant without an approved purchase order - Ensures that approval of the material is done within a defined time frame. - Ensure physical stock and book stock is matching for both RM and EM - Ensure Scrap is managed in the most efficient way. - Statutory compliances Position Specification : Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate with Degree/Diploma in Materials Management and/or Sales &amp; Marketing Nature of experience: Chemical sales and Stores &amp; Purchase in Process Manufacturing. Should have worked on Oracle / SAP. Duration of experience : 12 Years &amp; above Role-specific competencies : Planning and Execution, Leadership, Achievement Orientation, Communication, Analysis and Problem Solving, Interface Skills, Customer Focus, Aligns to Change.
