Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Chief Manager of Training & Quality for CSS, BNPL Collections . The person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of training and quality assurance, for product & processes, within organization for all supports process & merchant trainings .

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and strategize the Training Needs of CSS, BNPL Collections, across levels.

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees of CSS, BNPL Collections, at all levels.

- Collaborate with department heads of the above departments to identify training needs and objectives.

- Ensure designing of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.

- To plan and fulfil training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing employees.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

- Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and standards.

- Monitor and evaluate employee performance to ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Implement corrective actions and improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.

- Lead a team of training and quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

- Benchmark and implement best practices in training and quality assurance.

- Training Cost Optimization

Qualifications:

- Should be a Graduate. Post Graduation is preferrable.

- At least 7 years of experience in training and quality assurance roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to effectively manage projects and prioritize tasks in an agile environment.

- Experience in working with learning management systems (LMS) and quality management systems (QMS) preferred.

- Certifications such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Six Sigma are a plus.

Will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees have the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in CX & other processes , while also maintaining the highest standards of quality in everything .
