KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- To lead the annual business planning, support in strategy formulation for B2B & B2C expansion & manage the board governance.

- To lead projects of organizational importance and work as consultants internal to the business.

- Formulate strategic options, evaluate selected options and make recommendations on decisions involving sectors and segments for B2B & B2C growth.

- Build strategies, work closely with planning and drive change activities to achieve best in class competitiveness for the specific work area/ process

- Actively manage the board governance including decks and strategic plans

Desired Candidate Profile:

a. Management Graduate from tier -1 business schools with 5-8 years of experience

b. Experience in corporate strategy and planning roles will be an advantage

c. Preferred candidate having both consulting and Corporate Exposure
