Job Purpose:
1. Strategic Brand Management & Corporate Branding
2. Increase Saliency of the brand Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities
Strategic Brand Management:
a) Communication & content
- Internal communication through internal newsletters, mailers and other tools.
- Creation of campaign for organization-wide initiatives (not restricted to a particular product vertical)
- Ensuring brand guideline awareness and adherence in the organization.
- Customer facing communication, product collaterals, content curation for campaigns and vetting of content.
b) Conceptualize, design and execute customer brand engagement programs:
- Conceptualizing unique programs/properties to increase engagement of our customers & TG with the brand (BTL).
- Piloting & analyzing results of these programs, and ensuring continuity of successful ones.
- Ensuring improvement in brand engagement-related parameters.
c) Monitor and review brand health and support the execution of brand management programs.
- Managing and reviewing the Brand Architecture, for projects/initiatives, basis insights from Brand Tracks & drive improvement in key parameters.
- Creation of other key brand assets and the brand key:
d) Design and execute branding programs enhancing brand visibility across channels
- Conceptualize & execute unique branding programs to enhance brand visibility and equity across key channels like dealership networks, branches, digital etc.
- Drive co-branding initiatives and brand partnerships across key channels.
e) Increase Saliency of the Brand:
- Planning & executing various activities and campaigns to increase awareness & salience of the brand.
f) Product Specific Branding
- ATL Ads, Collaterals/PoS for any specific customer-facing initiatives.
- Last-mile visibility creation (At dealerships & branches)
Classification: Internal
- Branding support for internal schemes & initiatives (Collaterals, Mailer Campaigns etc.)
- Branding support for events & activations.
g) Servicing requests from other support functions (Secretarial, Accounts, Legal, HR etc.)
- Regulatory advertisements
- Campaigns to promote specific initiatives pertaining to the respective functions and Branding
- Collaterals for specific activities.
Job Requirements Qualifications:
- MBA - Marketing from Tier I or II B-School Experience
- 8+ years in Brand Management Functional Competencies
- Brand & Communication Management
- Collateral Management
- Vendor Management
- Well versed with Media planning and basic data skills Behavioral Competencies
- Good communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
- Attention to Details
- Innovative
- Good Leadership Qualities
