Chief Manager/AVP - Strategic Planning & PPC - Chemical Business

We are having a job opportunity with one of a leading chemical based company in Gurgaon location.

We are looking for someone who has an experience in formulating strategy for all the verticals in business.

Experience Required-10+ years

Educational Qualification- B.Tech (Chemical) or Any Graduate + MBA

- Candidate must have an experience on working on any chemical project or have worked with any chemical industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and recommend options for strategic growth to the management for the long term survival and growth of the business.

- To manage/contribute as a member of strategic planning team to carry out the various strategic initiatives within the business.

- Active participation in the team for effective implementation of strategic projects.

- To make, review and execute PPC plans as per S&M requirement by Production planning and inventory management.

- Work on creating 3 years long term strategic plan, to be approved by Strategy team, BLT and CEO
