Department: Product Sales Manager

Position Grade: M5 (Chief Manager) -M6 (AVP)

Job Role:

- To manage the sales for capital market financing across the spectrum of HNI/retail clients for all locations.

- Meet the agreed revenue targets and acquisition of new to bank clients through the Wealth, Privy and Kotak Security channel

- Process Improvements and new Product Development ideas, to achieve higher book size of retail/HNI clients

- Ensure client servicing is appropriate

- Undertake training of the relationship teams wherever necessary to promote capital market financing

- Provide necessary MIS / Management update.

- The candidate is expected to work with internal and external stake holders to achieve the targets.
