Role Purpose: Driving Change management for distribution
Key Accountability:
Change Management:
- Partner with business leaders , Sales managers and project teams to assess change needs, define change strategies, and develop comprehensive change management plans.
- Facilitate communication and engagement activities to ensure awareness, understanding, and adoption of new processes, technologies, or systems.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for the sales team, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to adapt to change and excel in the new environment.
- Actively engage with the sales team across the country, building relationships, understanding their unique challenges, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement backward compatibility projects to bridge gaps and ease the transition during change initiatives.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing feedback and making adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in change management.
Work Experience:
- 10 years of progressive experience in change management.
- Sales and distribution excellence projects with consulting firms is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and gain trust across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Kotter, ADKAR).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the country.
- Experience with training and development programs
