Chief Manager/AVP - Product Lead - Unsecured Loans

A client of ours is looking to hire a Product Lead for Unsecured PL & BL (Chief Manager / AVP level)

Role & Responsibilities:

- End to end responsibility of product ideation, design, features, strategy and launch

- Develop product roadmap and pricing strategies

- Closely monitor market trends, gaps, analysis to enhance current product offerings and launch new products in the unsecured category

- Work closely with sales, marketing, designing, engineering & tech teams

- Also liaise with compliance, legal & operations team to ensure smooth functioning

- Conduct training and brainstorming sessions about new products and also strengthen existing product information

Requirements:

- Incumbent with 5+ years of experience in product management for unsecured products

- Knowledge of both- traditional as well as digital products (PL & BL)

- Excellent written & oral skills

- Strong presentation and report writing skills
