Designation - Chief Manager / AVP
Job Description:
- Run the PMO including planning, prioritization and monitoring of budgets and resources
- Run a large project / programme this year moving onto managing a portfolio of smaller projects
Key strengths:
- Experience of running large projects / programme, managing PMO or working in a PMO
Strengths to look for:
- Strong experience in the process and steps of running a project e.g.: scope, tracker, dashboards, change request management, sign off etc.
- Domain knowledge is a plus not critical but financial services background is important
- Preparation for engagement reviews and governance:
- Maintain projects dashboard with risks/mitigations, RAG, current statuses etc.
- Collaborate with MIS to collate and assimilate financial governance data for IT overall and projects
- Coordinate with IT teams to Track Performance of operational and financial KPIs for the ongoing projects
- Track vendors performance against SLAs as defined in the vendor agreements
- Record keeping of IT application stacks including infrastructure and software technologies- Prepare data for audits as required
- Be the primary owner for governance data preparation and reporting
