Qualifications:
Graduation/Post Graduation/Diploma or equivalent qualification
Experience:
Minimum experience of 6 years in in banks/MFI/NBFC lending and minimum 3 years of team managing experience.
Functional Competencies :
- Building partnerships and coordination among different stake holders such as field officers, branch managers, customers and team members to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
- Mentoring Cluster Managers and BMs by providing guidance and feedback to help them realize their fullest potential and in turn improving the performance
- Ability to use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions and/or reaching conclusions.
- Ability to take action consistent with principles and goals of the organization
- Ability to use effective approaches for choosing right course of action and reaching conclusions.
- Ability to take action consistent with available facts, constraints, and anticipated consequences.
Behavioral Competencies :
- Responsibility and accountability of the cluster
- Building trust and relationships among the Cluster managers, branch managers, CROs
- Proactive approach to lead by example and adhering to codes of conduct and principles.
- Ability to take prompt action to accomplish target of the cluster.
