Duties & Responsibilities
Manpower Planning & Development
- Engaging with business effectively for manpower planning and closure of the same within TAT.
- Selection of various sources of recruitment in consultation with Business depending upon their requirement and ensuring selection of best candidates while keeping the cost per hire minimum.
- Sourcing of candidates, interviewing them and judging them on different parameters and selecting the right candidate as per Organization's need.
Employee Engagement
- Planning and executing employee engagement activities for all branches within purview.
- Feedback’s from employees and respective supervisors post every activity and act accordingly
Process & Compliance - Improve effectiveness of various HR processes/systems
- Employee life cycle data management.
- Managing process at a local level
- Ensure compliance to the separation process for an exiting employee wrt reporting of exits, exit interviews and on time approvals and clearances.
Learning & Development
- Training and Development Need Analysis of Critical positions of the organization based on their functional and managerial competency assessment and providing the data to training department.
- Conduct Induction for all new joiners in the region.
Performance Management System
- Development & implementation of Performance Management System
- Generation of appraisal forms grade wise.
- Data validation and distribution of letters across departments.
