Responsibilities:

- We are looking for candidates who have experience in Marine Insurance for a client of ours in the Insurance industry based out of Mumbai location.

- The incumbent is responsible to expand business with existing clients and ensure a high level of client relationship management.

- Drive business growth through strong partnerships with stakeholders.

- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and potential new product and services opportunities.

- Collaborate with the Sales and Servicing leaders/teams to advance client satisfaction, retention, expansion and profitability objectives.

- Market marine insurance policies to potential clients.

- Calculate risk factors and premiums for marine insurance policies.

- Candidate will help in identifying key Marine accounts in the Insurance Market. Providing assistance to sales on all Marine proposals.

- Responsible for building the practice and for driving a winning domain knowledge-based sales culture.

- Help in leveraging relationship of current or existing customers.

- Negotiate with insurers to obtain favorable policy terms.

- Monitor industry trends and developments in marine insurance.

- Ability to identify customer needs and develop appropriate insurance solutions.

- 6+ years of work experience in handling Marine products, team handling experience. Knowledge of marine insurance products and services.

- Understanding of the marine insurance industry

- Consultative selling, advising, should have negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and insurance software programs.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and files.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High attention to detail and accuracy
