Job Title: Corporate Finance & Treasury

Job Grade: Chief Manager - AVP

Reporting: CFO

Purpose of the Job:

Head the corporate finance, treasury & banking relationships vertical. Develop and build relationships with all lenders. Manage complete data requirement for the various facilities and address all queries from the lenders / allied government agencies. Monitor funds requirements across the group and identify areas of improvement in managing the liquidity at all levels.

Strategic role in driving automation, integration and optimization of the benefits of ERP and strive for process improvement on a continuous basis

Major Accountabilities:

- Good experience of working capital management including arrangement/negotiation with large banks to optimize financial cost for the group. Exposure to various means of raising finances

- Maintain excellent relationship with all lenders including banks & financial institutions.

- Draw up and critically analyze financial and cash-flow forecasts and various proposals for submission to the lenders.

- Ability to lead meetings and discussions with lenders

- Monitoring and addressing working capital requirement of entire group

- Bring operational efficiency in the corporate finance vertical.

- Oversee the record keeping activities and act as a custodian of all records for the vertical

- Effective utilization of funds, including investment of idle funds to get optimum yield

- Develop and implement MIS for effective analysis

- Be updated and interact with various stakeholders and counterparts in operations, other business functions, on regular basis

- Experience handling Investor Relation

- Innovative solutions for sourcing funds at minimal costs

- Timely submission of all data and resolution of queries

Ideal Candidate

Education: CA / MBA Finance

Experience: 12+ years post qualification experience of working in the corporate finance function of BFSI organizations, effective dealing with banking community and multilateral agencies

Professional Requirements:

1. Advanced and updated knowledge of various means of funding and ability to evaluate proposals/agreements

2. Good understanding of the security structure and documentation with lenders

3. In-depth understanding of cost structure, supply chain & value chain cycles. Ability to effectively compile, interpret and explain financial data

4. Exposure of managing working capital requirements in BFSI environment

5. Must be tech savvy with a penchant to improve processes through technological developments

6. Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
