Program Manager - Business Excellence Models/Service Excellence - Financial Services Group  Hiring for Program Manager for Business Excellence for a large Financial Services Group.  Role would entail deploying the Malcolm Baldrige business excellence across the group. The role will focus on driving the culture of excellence across the organisation and deliver significant operational efficiencies, service excellence and financial performance by leveraging Malcolm Baldrige excellence model.  Responsibilities :  1. Role requires to prepare and manage business excellence model roll out plan.  2. Co-ordinate and conduct training, awareness sessions, workshops on understanding business excellence model, application writing, assessments, improvements.  3. Conduct/Co-ordinate comprehensive organisational assessments based on the in-house excellence model or using international best practices i.e. Malcolm Baldrige National Quality award, RBNQA, EFQM, etc.  4. Work with functional owners in identifying and streamlining potential overlaps and interfaces between in-house excellence assessments.  5. Write assessment reports and recommendations that can be used by organisations to improve their excellence performance.  Qualification and Experience Requirements -  1. Around 10-15 years of overall experience with significant functional and leadership experience in quality/Business excellence or quality consulting domain in large process oriented customer facing organixations.  2. Graduate - MBA is preferred.  3.Hold certification in one of the internationally recognized excellence models such as Malcolm Baldrige, Tata Business Excellence model, RBNQA, EFQM etc and demonstrate thorough knowledge and deep understanding of using some of these models in driving organisational performance.  4. Have experience in in implementing excellence models as a practitioner and skilled in excellence model award application writing as well as winning.  5. Have minimum 2 years of assessment experience in service industry ( preferably in financial services)  6. Have served as an Assessor/Lead Assessor and completed a corporate/business assessment within the last 12 months.
