Chief Manager/Associate Vice President - Credit Underwriting - Wholesale Structured Finance Vertical (3-7 yrs)
Bank is hiring candidates for credit underwriting role for Wholesale Structured Finance Vertical.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proposal writing as per the process & format of the Bank including deal analysis, structuring and reasoned recommendation
- Liaisoning with various stakeholders including Business team, Client, Legal, Compliance etc
- Periodic covenant monitoring of the portfolio
Expected Profile
- MBA / CA with experience of 3-7 years in Corporate/Wholesale credit underwriting with Banks & NBFCs
- Exposure to Structured Finance / High Yield deals for Wholesale clients must
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines
