Job Title: Debt Manager/Collection Manager - Unsecured Products - Consumer Loans Business

Designation: Debt Manager - Unsecured

Grade: Chief Manager/ Associate Director 1

Reporting To: Report to Unit Head / Collections Head as of now

BU: Risk

EU: Banking

Function: Risk

Sub Function: Consumer Risk

Principal Responsibilities:

- Strategic planning, documentation, execution & monitoring of all end to end collections processes for unsecured loans which include as mentioned below:

- Strategic planning and execution of the end to end Collections process for Unsecured Loans

- Ownership and accountability for delivering on unsecured portfolio performance targets - delinquencies, NPAs and loss rates

- Partner with Policy & Analytics to devise appropriate risk based collections strategies; providing timely feedback to Policy and Underwriting.

- Devising the right balance between on roll and off roll team to deliver performance targets within Expense budgets.

- Recruit, develop and train and effective on roll / off roll teams to deliver on targets while maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity.

- Ensure Collections operations is in compliance with all Bank and Regulatory policies and procedures including code of conduct

- Independently manage Internal and External auditors; run a well-managed operations to ensure zero Audit findings.

- Play a leadership role in formulating the Loss and Expense forecast for the year; own and drive capacity planning.

- Present portfolio performance trends and impact of collections strategies to Senior Management

- Drive Collections performance through developing and monitoring key productivity metrics

- Fluency with Collections Systems and controls management.

Required Skills and experience:-

- Experience in Unsecured Collections (experience in managing low ticket, high volume) - large private or foreign Bank

- Consistent track record of independently owning & delivering on portfolio

- performance targets - at a regional or national level

- Strong people management skills - Teams / Agencies

- Strong communication - leadership skills

Experience successfully interfacing Regulators and Auditors.

Salary offered: 1200000 - 1750000
