Job Purpose: Design and manage the digital media campaigns for customer acquisition and Branding across paid digital media channels
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for growth in new user acquisition by designing and driving digital marketing campaigns
- Develop and execute digital campaigns with a focus on qualified traffic generation and increased engagement
- Responsible for optimization of campaigns & effective lead acquisition through SEM, SEO, eDMs, affiliate marketing, etc.
- Benchmark competitors' actions on spends, channel focus, etc.
- Handle external and internal stakeholders to drive, monitor and report business KPIs
- Support all acquisition campaigns with relevant content and creatives through inhouse and external partners
- Drive customer behavior insights & create user personas to understand the consumption habits
- Adopt and drive best in class SEO/SEM capabilities
- Define success metrics & build the tracking mechanism to calculate spend ROI
- Elevate Bank First branding through innovative digital media campaigns
- Drive engagement with multiple digital media agencies
- Stay up-to date with developments in digital marketing; responsible to provide updates to the leadership & train the team on new ideas / developments
