Chief Manager and Assistant General Manager Credit cards Retail-Product and Portfolio Managers-Leading bank-Mumbai

Leading Bank in India is looking for Product Managers and Portfolio Managers - ( Grade Chief Managers and Assistant General manager ) to lead their team for Credit Cards Retail in Mumbai. Candidates need to be either CA or should have done a Full-time MBA from a reputed institute. Experience in Domestic market is mandatory.

- Conceptualize, propose, develop and launch new product variants. Co-ordinate with various internal stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the product development including systems, processes and procedures, audit compliance and legal approvals are in place.

- Continuously reviewing the various product related parameters and ensure keeping the product features are in line with the current market requirements and competition such as upgrading of product features or adding new product features to stave off competition and in line with current market requirements.

- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders / product heads to drive online visibility, sales and innovations for customer acquisition (online/ SMS/ digital/ visual media/ banners, e-mailers, landing pages, application, microsites etc) starting from conceptualization to execution in close interaction with cross-functional teams within the organization and external agencies, creating positive brand

- Portfolio management - Carry out portfolio analysis for the corporate cards business on a regular basis to identify business avenues, which involves potential analysis and forecasting.
