Chief Manager - Analytics - FMCG

- Responsible to fulfill analytical needs of core research projects, analytical capability building, resolving various regulatory/ product quality issues and inputs to sustain government/product claim/challenges.

- Extensive experience in use of multiple analytical instrumental techniques to solve complex analytical problems confronted during product development process optimization and demos to display product superiority, claims and filing patents,activity involves support analytical needs of product formulators competitor product benchmarking in terms of ingredients/costing and storage stability studies through a team of qualified analytical chemist.

- Instrumental in developing capabilities to support new ingredients label claims, product superiority claims/demos and provide insights to resolve challenges from government regulators/NGOs/competitors. 

- Manage local as well as global analytical requirements by working closely with contract third party labs for analysis of RMs, FGs without compromise on quality and TAT of results at lowest possible costs. 

- Manage in house perfume analytical capability for perfume encap /flavour clearances and correlate analytical findings with consumer sensory evaluations.

Must have worked in FMCG Personal care, Foods companies

- Must have worked in established centralised Analytical set up of large FMCG companies.

- Must have worked in food and personal care categories

- Must be conversant with analytical requirements for those category.

- Must be conversant with claim support through analytical route in personal care

- Must have handled a team of minimum 5 people

- Must be conversant with various new techniques, analytical tools.

- Must have set up an analytical lab in the past.
