Chief Manager - Analytics & CVM - Retail Lending Domain

- Drive Consumer Asset business KPIs by providing insights and developing data driven solutions/strategies

- Identify high propensity customer segments within the Bank Liabilities and Assets base for cross sell asset acquisition.

- Design and develop Instant Loans/Pre-approved loan programs for Consumer Assets.

- Extensive engagement with Business, Product, Operations and IT teams

- Manage a team of analytics professionals which includes hiring, mentoring and retention of the employees.

Must Haves :

- 5-8 years of experience in BFSI Analytics. Master's degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Engineering or other quantitative disciplines.

- Excellent domain knowledge in Retail Lending

- Should have experience in developing and implementing predictive/segmentation models

- Should have excellent logical abilities and problem solving skills.
