Chief Manager/AGM - Strategic Initiative - NBFC

- Understanding the regulation & taxation aspect of the mutual fund and NBFC options for IDF

- Coordination with market consultants / internally to develop a Market database for PPP sectors (the target market for IDF)

- Preparing the Financial Model of the IDF and structuring the liabilities in order to optimize RONW

- Preparing the basis/ ground for discussion with rating agencies to ensure the highest rating possible

- Preparing the appraisal note for the Board of Directors for seeking approval for the IDF

- To support negotiations with lenders (domestic and international) for accessing low-cost funds

- To identify and engage with prospective clients for PPP based projects for the IDF

- To coordinate with L&T Infra's Groups (Project Finance, Asset Management, Legal, Accounts, Credit Groups) for asset addition and management

- To support Group Head in developing policy framework for the new entity

- Understanding the regulation & taxation aspect of financial services in several cross-border locations

- To coordinate with international consultants (Taxation, International Law)

- Preparing the Financial Model of the Overseas financial entity/ financial structuring to optimize RONW

- Preparing the appraisal note for the Board of Directors for seeking approval for the overseas entity

- To support negotiations with lenders (domestic and international) for accessing low-cost funds

- To support Group Head in developing policy framework for the new entity

Note: Business and client relationships would develop as the business model evolves over an 18 month period for the new overseas entity

- To support the design of specific learning modules

- To support content development for the principal learning module

- To coordinate with Groups (HR / Business Groups / external IT support for software overlay) for implementing the learning module
